Purpose, Values, & Mission

Asbury Management Group, the parent corporation of AMG Finance, came into being nearly twenty years ago when founder Samuel J. “Chip” Asbury, IV decided that he could build a consumer finance company that drew upon the best practices he had learned over twenty-seven years in business coupled with his personal dedication to “treat every customer with respect and operate the business with the highest level of integrity”. 

Using that belief as his “North Star” guiding truth, Chip built AMG Finance around the fundamental principles of honesty, ethics, transparency, fairness, care, and respect. As such, AMG Finance is the company that wants to be your hometown lender where we put you, the customer, first.

AMG Finance is a family business that includes Chip’s wife, brother, and two sons that has grown to over eighty offices with more than 275 team members serving four states.
